From day to night, from stillness to storm in the Amsterdam sky
door Daniel Cardoso
As a diary I paint my own hand every day. The way in which each hand is painted is determined by my mood and counts for me as a mirror of the spirit. This time of virus and quarantine causes us to move differently on the streets. Also the hand has to adapt, because it has to keep its distance now, be washed and protected, worry about the past and future, is optimistic and melancholic at the same time. In this diary I want to show these new manifestations.
The 18 x 24 cm panels are dated on the back and here and there with an accompanying text or drawing.
